Founded by Ruth McFarlane, Admac began as a small business operated from a bedroom and grew through determination, strong customer relationships and an unwavering commitment to quality.

Under Ruth’s leadership, the company developed from humble beginnings into a respected enterprise representing a diverse range of internationally renowned and locally produced brands.

From our retail location in Beausejour, Gros Islet, and through our island-wide distribution network, we provide gourmet foods, health-conscious options, specialty ingredients, beverages, cheeses, seafood, meat, vegetarian products, teas, coffee and professional foodservice solutions.

Our customers range from leading chefs and hospitality professionals to home cooks, families and individuals searching for products that may not be readily available elsewhere in Saint Lucia. When a requested item is not part of our existing range, our team will make every reasonable effort to source it.
