Admac Ltd. is a locally owned food distribution company in St. Lucia that has been serving the Caribbean region for over 24 years. We are looking for a Senior Finance & Admin Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our financial operations and administration.
 

What awaits you:

• Lead the financial charge: Oversee all aspects of our financial operations, from budgeting and forecasting to accounts payable, receivable, costing, etc.

• Manage administrative tasks: Handle contracts, procurement, travel, and facility upkeep with efficiency and accuracy.

• Analyze financial reports: Identify trends, opportunities, and risks to optimize efficiency and profitability.

• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment: Promote teamwork, resourcefulness, and innovation among your staff and peers.

You’re the perfect fit if you:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree and/or higher qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Possess 5+ years of experience in a senior finance or administrative role.

• Are proficient in financial software and spreadsheets (Excel, QuickBooks, etc.).

• Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Can prioritize effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Are a team player with a can-do attitude and a desire to make a difference.

 

Bonus points if you:

• Speak French fluently.

• Have 3+ years of experience working in the food and beverage industry.

• Have 2+ years of experience understanding the unique challenges and opportunities of the Caribbean market.
